A. Yes. FC2 BBS is a free service.
Q. Can I use BBS even if I don't have homepage?
A. Yes. You can use BBS although you don't have your homepage.
Q. Up to how many KB can I upload images?
A. GIF, JPEG and PNG images can be upload up to 500 KB.
Q. I want to delete the entry I have posted.
A. If you are the administrator of theBBS, you can delete entries from the BBS user management page. If you are not the administrator and would like to delete entries you have written, you need the edit/delete password which you have set at posting.
When you are a BBS's administrator:
Deleting a topic:
1. Go to the BBS user management page.
2. Click on [Log Management] on the left. You will see the topic list.
3. Click on the trash box mark of the topic you wish to delete.
4. The topic is deleted.
* After the administrator deletes the topic, all the comments within the topic will be deleted as well.
* The administrator can edit or delete the topic/comment on the management page without setting an edit/delete password. The edit/delete password is mainly for a non-administrator.
Deleting a comment:
1. Go to the BBS user management page.
2. Click on [Log Management] on the left. You will see the topic list.
3. Click on a title of topic. Then the next page shows you all the comment within the topic.
2. Click on the trash box mark of the comment you wish to delete.
3. The comment is deleted.
When you are a BBS's non-administrator:
Deleting an entry (both a topic and a comment):
If an edit/delete passoword is set when an entry is posted, the submitter can edit or delete the entry after posting.
After deleting the topic, the topic's text will be replaced to "It has been deleted by the submitter."
* An edit/delete password is a password that a submitter set at posting an entry. Each entry (topic/comment) can have a different edit/delete passoword.
* Without setting an edit/delete password, the submitter can not edit or delete the entry (topic/comment).
* If the submitter really needs to delete the entry, he/she must ask the BBS's administrator to delete it.
