Q. How do I log in?
A. Make sure if the user name and the password are correct.

And also make the following settings.
1) Check the setting of SSL and TLS.

3) Delete Cookie and Cache.

4) Enable Cache.

5) When the security soft is working, you might not be able to log in.
Please make the security "off" temporally.

Q. I can not change the settings on the management page.
A. Check the following things and try it again on the management page.

Q. The BBS is not shown on the screen.
A. Make sure if the BBS's URL is correct.

And also delete Cookie and Cache referring to the link below.
Then you should be able to see the BBS.

Q. When I log in to the management page, the error message saying "login error "
comes up.
A. Make sure if the user name and the password are correct.
When the browswer's Cookie function is disabled, that error message comes up.
Please enable the browser's Cookie function.
Even there is a security soft, do this setting.
