Access Restriction Settings
When you register host names and IP addresses, you can reject accesses from the registered host names and IP addresses.

All the host names and IP addresses you specify will be rejected. Please be careful not to specify wrong ones.

When you click on "Host UA" in "Log Management" in the left menu, you can see each submitter's host name and IP address.

* The host names and IP addresses change each time you access on internet depending on the the provider you are using. This means you cannot completely block a particular individual.

When you specify several host names and IP addresses, divide them with a space or make a new line for each of them.

Please be careful that if the column is left empty, the access restriction is disabled.

This function can be set only on PC.

After the setting is completed, click on "Reflect the Setting".

Set Up Taboo Words!

Specify taboo words which cannot be written into your BBS.

Once you enter taboo words, the words and sentences including those words will be blocked.

If there are prural taboo words, make sure you put a space in between each word or start a new line.

Spaces between letters and new line mark will be ignored.

« e.g. »:

For example, if you would like to register "B B S" as a taboo word, enter "BBS". Spaces and new line marks won't be registered with words.

After you specify taboo words, click on "Reflect the setting".

Get Notified by E-mail!
When someone leaves a comment on your BBS, you will be notified by the e-mail you have registered for it.

So you will always know in real time when there's a posting.

Register your mobile phone address, then you will always be able to read comments even if you are not at home.

Mark "Get notified when there's a posting", and enter your mobile e-mail address in the space provided.

You can enter up to 2 e-mail adresses.

If you choose to be notified at an e-mail address, the e-mail address 1 is required.

This notification works only when there's a new posting or response.

Editting or deletion of entries will not be informed.

This function setting is available on PC only at the moment.

After setting, click on "Reflect the setting".

1. How to set the blog parts
(1) Acquire the BBS code (tag) as a blog part. Click on "Acquire a code".
(2) Just paste the acquired code anywhere you like.

2.  Blog Parts Items

(1) Width of topic: You can set a display width of a topic
(2) Font size: Choose a font size to show a topic's subject and a submitters' name.
(3) Number of topics to show in one page: Choose number of topics to show in one page.
(4) Width of the outer frame: Choose a width of outer frame.
(5) Height of the outer frame: Choose a height of outer frame.
(6) Displaying of the outer frame: Choose showing or not showing the outer frame.

*Sometimes the outer frame cannot be shown depending on the browser you use.

After setting, click on the "Acquire a code" button.

You will see a blog part code and a preview.

Handling of BBS Logs

1) How to handle BBS logs
If you are a BBS's administrator:
1. Go to the management page.
2. Go to [Log management] > [Topic list].
3. In the topic list, you can edit and delete entries.
Click on the [edit] icon next to the topic you wish to edit or delete.
4. When you click on a title of topic, you can read comments if there are some.
5. Click on "Show" to display the topic's BBS.

* Even if you see an entry which an editing and deleting password has not been set, you can edit or delete it under the administrator's authority.

* The administrator's log shows you a submitter's user agent and host name.

* If you delete a topic, all the comments within the topic will be deleted also.
It is not like when a non-administrator user deletes a topic. It shows no signs of having been deleted like. In other words, it is completely deleted.

If you are a BBS'S non-administrator:
When you set an edit/delete password at posting of an entry, you can edit or delete the entry after posting.

* When you delete the topic with the edit/delete password, only the topic will be deleted and the comments within the topic will remain.

2) Editing of entries
The font color of the message and the delete password cannot be changed. (The delete password is removable.)

Posted images cannot be uploaded or replaced. (Removing images is OK.)

After editing, click on "Edit".

3) Spam reporting is available.

Click on the spam report icon in the topic you want to report as a spam.
